Job Title: Process Engineer (2nd Shift)
Description:
  • Operate and troubleshoot mechanical equipment in Controlled Classified Production areas, including the aseptic fill isolator and automated process equipment.
  • Lead operation of the robotic aseptic fill isolator during 2nd and 3rd shifts.
  • Collaborate with support teams and engineers to address issues with the fill isolator promptly.
  • Assist in coordinating process activities for efficient operations.
  • Adhere to cGMPs, SOPs, and safety policies while reviewing manufacturing batch records.
  • Support in deviation investigations and write-ups.
Skills:
  • Process equipment management
  • Automation and troubleshooting
  • Pharmaceutical manufacturing knowledge
  • Experience with filling machines
  • Strong understanding of aseptic processes
  • Proficiency in manufacturing & process engineering
  • Ability to troubleshoot PLC and HMI systems
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in engineering or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with automation and robotics.
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Understanding of PLC coding and ladder logic.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • At least two years of experience in pharmaceutical GMP or related industries.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous exposure to controlled critical areas preferred.
