As Inventory Coordinator at Kyle Bunting, the primary responsibility is maintaining materials inventory, from the purchasing through production.

Having the optimal amount of inventory available for production without overbuying requires proactive communication with the leadership, production and sales teams.

You will be working primarily in a warehouse environment, with a team of people. You must be a great team player and able to work in a fast moving environment.

We are looking for a person with a great attitude, strong computer and data skills and able/willing to do physical work.


Materials Management

  • Use our inventory tracking system for optimized inventory control procedures. Maintain accurate inventory levels by monitoring supplies and placing orders
  • Create and track Purchase Orders from order to receipt.
  • Perform quality inspections upon receipt, update delivery timeline, review invoice reviews and provide approval for payment to Accounting
  • Receive, inspect and tag incoming inventory
  • Document shipments and deliveries to replenish inventory
  • Create reports for adjustments, inventory operations and stock levels
  • Examine shipment contents and compare with records such as manifest, invoices, or orders to verify accuracy.
  • Capable of using computer systems to organizing reporting data and forecast material purchases based on lead times
  • Optimize inbound freight balancing rates, speed, quality
  • Perform Cycle Counts (monthly and quarterly, depending on item)
  • Play a key role in the upcoming transition to RFID technology
  • Assisting to measure material yield on each work order

Experience and Prerequisites

  • Experience in inventory management or similar role is a plus
  • Able to lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor
  • Certifications or experience in operating forklifts is a plus
  • Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques.
  • Must be able to use Excel or spreadsheets with proficiency
  • An analytical mind with strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding organizational and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Pay:
From $25.00 per hour
