Head of Product

We are looking for a Head of Product to take on a crucial leadership position in an early-stage startup. As the Head of Product, you will be responsible for guiding the design and development of our client's product, steering them from Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to fully-featured releases, and gaining traction with customers and investors. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the platform's direction, fostering innovation, and delivering solutions that cater to the ever-changing customer needs.

This full-time direct hire position is open to candidates nationwide in the US, with a preference for the east coast and specifically the Washington, DC metro area. This role does not offer corp to corp or sponsorship opportunities.

Qualifications of the Head of Product:

Minimum of ten years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the medical or medical device industries. In-depth expertise in global supply chain management best practices. Demonstrated understanding of supply chain challenges in emerging markets. Ability to manage product design with subject matter expertise. Experience in fast-paced startup environments. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. Leadership and communication skills to engage cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in UX design, Agile methodologies, and product management tools. Passion for innovation and technology. Experience in global development or working in developing countries. Willingness to travel and fluency in a second language are pluses.
