Job Description

Job Summary:

Join a thriving Industrial Recycling Company, Generated Materials Recovery, based in Phoenix. We are looking for a part-time professional with experience in Lead Generation and outside sales. Your role involves connecting with key decision-makers of companies across the Phoenix Metro area. Reliable transportation is a must as you will be on the road visiting company sites, entering data into CRM software. This part-time opportunity (20-25 hours weekly) has the potential to transition into a full-time position for the right candidate.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Sales, Lead Generation, or Sustainability
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM tools
  • Strong ability to identify company decision-makers and collect accurate contact details
  • Professional demeanor and assertiveness
  • Previous sales or lead generation background preferred (training available)
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday
  • Potential to convert to a full-time role based on demonstrated skills
