You have what it takes:

In this role, you will be an integral part of a sales team developing and managing an assigned territory.

You will be responsible for overseeing and leading the identification of business opportunities, building and fostering customer relationships, and ensuring the effective presentation of our customer's products to meet/exceed sales/ forecast and goals.


You will:
Plan and organize activities to ensure effective coverage of territory and follow up of qualified leads
Working cross functionally with various business units including inside sales to validate sales leads being generated
Grow the business through the education of current and new referral sources
Establish relationships and develop rapport with designated health care professionals and key partners
Develop strategies to obtain office access and customer engagement
Attend conventions and speaker programs
1+ years' pharmaceutical sales experience
Ability to work nights and weekends for coverage of regional/national events
Documented, proven track record of success
Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts
Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from$80 – 87.5k.
The base salary range represents theanticipated low and high of theSyneosHealth range for this position. Actual salary will vary basedon various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for therole.

In addition, some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earncommissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
