Description
- Oversee all aspects of a construction project, including planning, scheduling, and coordination on-site
- Manage personnel, ensure safety compliance, monitor quality, and control costs
- Maintain communication with clients/owners, trades, engineers/architects
- Ensure the timely and successful completion of construction projects
Profile
- 5+ years of construction experience working for a general contractor
- Must have previous municipal/public project experience
- Applicable project management software proficiency
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective team-building skills to support a positive team atmosphere & meet high productivity goals
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
Job Offer
- Base salary up to 125K contingent on experience
- Annual bonus (minimum 10%) based on project profitability and individual performance
