Responsibilities:
- Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care
- Execute personalized care plans, emphasizing preferences and routines for a comforting and engaging experience
- Assist with transfers using appropriate aids, as well as bathing, toileting, dressing, and grooming tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Active MA CNA/HHA license
- Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred but not mandatory
- Background in working with individuals with dementia is a plus
