Job Description:

  • This position offers a Weekend Shift: AWW Shift 3x12 (FSS) 6:00PM – 6:30AM
  • Designed to train individuals with minimal machining experience to become a Certified Operator at Pratt & Whitney
  • Attend a 3-week training program followed by 4-8 weeks of on-the-job training
  • Operate NC milling/grinding machines and perform routine production operations
  • Verify finished work conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments
  • Collaborate with engineers, quality assurance, and production personnel to resolve machining issues

Key Learning Opportunities:

Qualifications:

  • High School or GED qualification
