We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at Roberts Resorts & Communities. As the initial point of contact for guests and visitors, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Manage check-in and check-out procedures, handle reservations, and address inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication: Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with guests, residents, and team members.
  • Multitasking: Efficiently manage multiple tasks such as check-ins, reservations, and guest inquiries simultaneously.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain orderly records, manage office supplies, and handle administrative tasks effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities to resolve guest complaints or issues effectively and find suitable solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service, front desk operations, or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
  • Skills: Proficient in using computer systems, including property management software and Microsoft Office suite, is desirable.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
