Advertising Operations Specialist
Work Location: Remote (2 positions in Eastern Time & 2 in Pacific Time for response center coverage)
Estimated Start Date: 07/22/2024
W2 Contract Duration: 12-month duration + might extend to 24 months
Set Budget: $32 - $36 / hr + benefits

Job Description Summary:

The Advertising Operations Specialist will interact with businesses to provide solutions for issues encountered with advanced Ads products. Responsibilities include understanding issues, offering solutions, providing follow-up, and identifying possible improvements to reduce future friction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand product offerings, business problems, and technical solutions, and communicate them clearly.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
  • Work directly with external clients to build trust and solve their challenges in adopting our products.
  • Develop clear and concise written reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
  • Handle business-to-business (B2B) responses for businesses calling into Meta, resolving their issues.

Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) candidates for both ET & PT
  • Experience working for a tech company in B2B customer service
  • Basic knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to accurately document and record business information.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
