Position: Fronter (Phone sales_)_


As a fronter at Coastal Debt Resolve, you will play a critical role in our client outreach and engagement efforts.

Your primary responsibility will be to initiate contact with potential clients, introduce them to our debt resolution services, and set the stage to be transferred over to a closer for more information/enrollment.

Responsibilities_:

  • Make 6001,000 outbound calls daily to potential clients using our autodialer system.
  • Engage potential clients and clearly explain the services offered by Coastal Debt Resolve, emphasizing the benefits and solutions we provide.
  • Follow and utilize our provided script along with rebuttals
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly performance targets for call volume and transfers
  • Utilize CRM tools to track call outcomes, schedule follow ups/ call backs and as well as managing client data.

Required Job Qualifications_

  • Ability to work ON-SITE (this is not a remote position)
  • Sales Experience: At least 1 2 year of experience in a phone sales or telemarketing role
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone demeanor
  • Call Volume Capacity: Ability to handle high call volumes, with a target of making 1,000 calls daily.
  • Goal Orientated: Strong motivation to achieve sales goals and earn commission
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to meet daily call targets

Preferred Qualifications:_

  • Experience with using Five9 software
  • Debt Settlement Knowledge: Familiarity with Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) and the debt settlement space
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage and track calls and sales activities
  • Performance Metrics: History of consistently meeting/exceeding sales targets

Compensation:_

Base Salary:
$15.65 an hour

Commission:
$30-$60 each client that is qualified by you,
no need for client to enroll to earn, if they do there is a bonus
Uncapped earning potential
