We are seeking an ERISA Plan Document Specialist to join NFP Plan Document Operations team.

This position will be responsible for creating and delivering ERISA plan documents to certain clients of NFP subsidiaries and Benefits Partners members, utilizing the FT Williams platform.

Specifically, the position requires preparation of Summary Plan Descriptions, Wrap Documents, Summary of Material Modifications, and Section 125 Plans/Premium Only Plans.

The position also requires working closely with NFP brokers to collect information required to complete the documents.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Stay current on requirements under ERISA as it relates to plan documentsStay current on PPACA and other related laws/regulations as it relates to plan document contentUtilize FT Williams platform to complete plan documents timely and accuratelyContribute to overall mission of the Plan Document Operations and Benefits Compliance Department, and work closely with that department in servicing NFP offices and clientsOther duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR ABILITIESKnowledge of laws and regulations governing health and welfare plans is requiredMust be self-motivated and a hard workerMust have a strong sense of business ethics and integrityMust have ability to interact well with internal and external 'customers'Must give attention to details and be thorough in completion of all assignmentsMust have strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlinesMust be able to multi-task and adjust to changing prioritiesMust be able to maintain strict confidentiality in regard to work performed and access to information/dataMust be service oriented delivering prompt and precise follow upMust maintain a professional and positive attitudeWhat We OfferWe're proud to offer a competitive salary, PTO & paid holidays, 401(k) with match, exclusive discount programs, health & wellness programs, and more.
