Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cross-sell various commercial banking services through proactive sales
  • Develop and manage loan portfolios
  • Build strong relationships with CRE and C&I Clients
  • Execute a business development program to support existing and attract new customers
  • Monitor loan repayment activities and handle past-due accounts
  • Specialize in commercial loan portfolios

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred
  • Strong skills in business development and credit risk assessment
  • Proven track record in business development
  • Familiarity with Bank regulations for lending and debt collection
  • Experience in a community bank or credit union setting and community involvement
