Job Description:

We are in search of a skilled Immigration Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate should have a successful track record in handling intricate immigration cases, exceptional communication abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting. This full-time position requires a Florida State Bar license and fluency in Spanish.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer legal counsel and representation for various immigration matters
  • Conduct legal research and prepare necessary documents
  • Participate in immigration court proceedings
  • Attend interviews and hearings with clients and authorities
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and relevant entities
  • Stay informed on immigration law updates
  • Manage immigration cases efficiently
  • Handle administrative tasks associated with legal practice
  • Oversee immigration bond hearings, deportations, green card applications, citizenship cases, and appeals

Requirements:

  • Must hold a Florida State Bar or US State Bar license
  • At least 1 year of experience in immigration law
  • Proficiency in Spanish is mandatory
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively
  • Effective time management skills
  • Commitment to delivering top-notch legal services
  • Capacity to handle confidential information with care
