With a commitment to excellence and a passion for helping clients navigate the complex immigration process, we are seeking a talented and bilingual Business Immigration Paralegal to join our client's dynamic team.**Position Overview:**
As a Business Immigration Paralegal, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional immigration support to our clients. You will work closely with our attorneys to assist in a wide range of immigration matters, with a focus on business immigration cases. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and fluent in both English and Spanish.**Responsibilities:**
- Assist attorneys in preparing and filing various immigration petitions, including H-1B, L-1, E-2, and O-1 visas, as well as PERM labor certifications.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on immigration regulations and policies.
- Maintain and organize client documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and review immigration forms and supporting materials.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case status.
- Assist in drafting legal documents and correspondence.
- Attend client meetings and assist with case strategy.**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience working as an immigration paralegal, with a focus on business immigration.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Strong knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Proficiency in legal research and document preparation.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
