Position Overview:

  • Lead the patient service excellence as a Front Desk Coordinator, shaping the enduring impression that defines our superior standard of care.

Practice Information:

NY Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics - Rye Brook, NY

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and welcoming reception for patients with superior concierge service.
  • Promptly handle phone inquiries and messages.
  • Efficiently manage schedules by scheduling and confirming patient appointments.
  • Maintain meticulous patient records and ensure accurate ledger updates.
  • Process co-payments and validate insurance eligibility.
  • Address patient billing and financial queries, guiding them to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Support various office tasks under the direction of the Practice Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the dental field is essential.
  • A resume demonstrating a consistent work history.
  • Outstanding organizational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Adaptability to accommodate varied schedules.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
