You will work with customers, other members of the Information Services department and application vendors to provide applications support.

We will rely on you to identify and document customers' needs, build electronic workflows based on those needs, train customers on applications and provide ongoing maintenance and support for multiple applications and departments.

*Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in computer science or related specialty required; Bachelor's degree in computer science, specific service/clinical discipline or equivalent preferred
  • In lieu of Associate degree, 3-5 years of experience in related specialty will be considered
  • Experience in managing IS related projects
  • Experience with PCs and networking as required
  • Strong expertise in multiple healthcare applications
  • Proficient with Microsoft office applications
  • Analysis experience with Cerner and knowledge of SurgiNet Cerner preferred
