We are seeking Experienced Intake Specialists for our growing firm.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer all new Potential New Clients incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner as providing Excellent Client Services to all Potential Clients, this would be a priority to anything else that is being completed.

A new call should never get more than 2 rings on the phone without someone answering.
Establish a positive, trusting rapport with potential clients immediately over the phone.

Conduct a brief but thorough intake by using a Scripted Intake Questionnaire to effectively determine liability, damages, and source of recovery.

Speak with confidence and sell the AK Law Firm as the best choice for the potential new client.

Immediately verify if the lead is a qualified lead and send the contract to the potential client to make sure the potential client signs our contract while on the phone.

Utilize Lead Docket (intake case management software) effectively and in compliance with the firms Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Follow up calls to potential clients who have not signed a retainer at prescribed interval.

Achieve 90% success rate in signing new callers who we can and want to help (Wanted Leads).Help create a positive team environment by communicating with each team member to ensure all potential new clients are given prompt attention.

Be able to refer to any cases that fall outside of our general practice area and follow-up to confirm referral is accepted.

Willingness to learn new procedures, new methods and to adapt to sudden changes in daily Intake operations.
Ability to organize, prioritize and time-management of assigned tasks.
Able to have fun, energized, positive thinking and enthusiasm and ready to start a new career.
Customer Service or Call-Center BackgroundManagement experience (but not a must)Bilingual is a

QUALIFICATIONS:
Face of the firm whodrivesto meet prospective clients to explain the process and explain our contract to them.
Excellent customer service skills.
A proficient background in intake isrequired.
