RAM Enterprise, Inc. is looking for an experienced, observant, and motivated individual to join us as a Marketing Coordinator.

This will be a non-exempt salary position located in the Elko, NV facility reporting directly to the VP of Marketing.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Safety

Actively promote safety as the company's number one priority.
SPADE (Safe People Always Determine Excellence) Program

Marketing

Manage all aspects of day-to-day marketing communications, branding and public relations efforts print, digital & web platforms
Production/distribution of RAM Swag (shirts, hats, backpacks, mugs, banners, site signs, booths, buttons, promotional goods)
Develop photo & video content library for all company marketing activities (social media, email marketing and blog platforms)
Travel to sites to take footage/pictures of RAM accomplishments and jobs for sales, marketing, estimating, spotlighting of jobs
Build a database of project spotlights using pictures taken by Marketing Dept and RAM staff
Conduct research and analyze customer behavior.
Identify and analyze competitors.
Implement and track marketing campaigns and analyze results.
Gather and analyze consumer behavior data in web traffic and rankings.
Create and implement social media strategies.
Create and manage company newsletters.
Identify opportunities for media and press coverage.
Ensure all messaging and content fits within brand guidelines.
Oversee management of all digital channels.
Create, maintain and implement digital marketing and editorial calendars.
May be asked to design graphics, edit video, or create other forms of content beyond written.
Create and maintain a content calendar.

Plan and execute our company's participation in trade shows and exhibitions, ensuring the success of these events by coordinating logistics, managing resources, and facilitating engagement with attendees
Collaborating with the sales team and organizers to define the strategy and event requirements
Coordinate the logistics of trade show participation, including booth setup, signage, equipment, shipping, and other logistical requirements

Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field. OR equivalent experience
Proven success and work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role.
Solid working knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools.
Experience with multiple research methods
Expertise with marketing automation programs and workflows.
Familiarity with necessary CRM and content management system software
Understanding of geofencing, pay-per-click, SEO and SEM.
Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools.
Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite Programs
Strong research and writing skills.
The ideal candidate should have excellent project management skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding results
Expertise working with and managing vendors
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual
Professional work experience in Construction, Electrical, Power Generation, Mining industries
Have an understanding of graphic design layout and composition in several forms of media (print, signage, websites and video editing)
Effectively manage and track multiple projects
Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work

Regular office environment expectations:
Sitting at least 80%, Standing, walking, and bending at least 10%
Travel to RAM facilities and job sites, as needed
Position is located in Elko, NV
Office Based position
