Job Summary:
This is a multi-faceted position with duties ranging from receptionist duties to member services duties.

Job Duties:

  • Answering a multi-line phone system
  • Directing calls to the appropriate person or department
  • Handling guest reservations ranging from dining, events, or hotel rooms
  • Point person for member registrations for member events
  • Sort and deliver mail and/or packages
  • Maintain proper office supplies levels and reorder when needed
  • Will handle membership communications for new members
  • Data entry and setup of new members, including creating files and scanning documents into the system
  • General clerical duties as needed or assigned


Job Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Microsoft Office experience including Outlook, Excel and Word
  • General schedule will be Tuesday-Saturday 10-6 but with the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Positive and outgoing personality with a professional presentation
