Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales agents into leaders by guiding them and establishing a foundation for success
  • Lead by example and coach others to do the same
  • Apply our proven sales techniques acquired during training in your work
  • Acquire new business by pitching to local firms and securing new clients
  • Leverage our established system to create a self-sustaining referral network

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in direct sales, outside sales, or business-to-business sales is preferred
  • Capability to work autonomously and manage your schedule efficiently
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly build trust and rapport
  • Goal-driven with a track record of meeting deadlines
  • Active insurance license or willingness to acquire one upon employment
