Job Description

We are currently looking for a Medical Office Manager to join our Practice. In this position, you will oversee operations at our Troy and Southfield offices.

This role involves working at both locations on a weekly basis, so flexibility is key. We are interested in full-time candidates who are dedicated to growth and providing top-notch care. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, paid holidays, and competitive pay. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coordinate, and motivate the team to achieve results even in challenging situations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all patients and team members
  • Oversee office communication and performance to ensure efficient and customer-focused operations
  • Assist Providers in scheduling meetings with patients
  • Ensure proper collection of co-pays and handle cash transactions accurately
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Provide training on compliance and ensure all certifications are up to date
  • Manage team schedules and conduct performance evaluations
  • Monitor patient flow to optimize efficiency
  • Address customer service and team member issues
  • Review performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement
  • Maintain accuracy in all office operations
  • Utilize business acumen to drive new patient growth
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Desired:

  • High school diploma or GED required, along with at least 5 years of healthcare or hospitality experience
  • Preferred associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or hospitality management
  • Preferred 6-10 years of experience as an Office Manager in a healthcare setting

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and ensure efficient operations
  • Track record of mastering new tasks efficiently
  • Openness to innovation and willingness to adapt
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
