Job Description
An amazing opportunity has arisen to join the Sofitel London St James Team as a Reservations Executive .

This is an exciting role for a talented individual who is looking for a new challenge and wants to join a high performing team renowned for their approach and delivery of unparalleled service.

If you have a keen eye for detail, and possess excellent communication skills, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Ensure exceptional customer service and efficient handling of reservation inquiries.
Efficiently coordinate the day-to-day operations of the reservations department, including managing room availability, rates, and special requests.
Attend training sessions for reservation Executives to enhance your skills and ensure a high standard of service delivery.

Interact with guests to assist with reservation inquiries, provide information about the hotel's offerings, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

Work closely with other departments, such as Front Office and Sales, to optimise room inventory, maximise revenue, and enhance the overall guest experience.

Generate and analyse reservation reports to identify trends, monitor performance, and implement strategies for improvement.

Qualifications
Entitlement to work in the UK is mandatory for this position.
Technical knowledge of hotel booking systems, Including Opera.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A high standard of personal presentation with confident, professional and welcoming personality.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
