We are seeking a skilled Accumulator Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing deburring, detailing, assembly, and testing of accumulators, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and precision.


Key Responsibilities:
Perform deburring, detailing, assembly, and testing of accumulators. Assist with detailing, assembly, and testing processes as needed. Support the assembly of standard, special, and custom accumulators. Complete and file inspection and test reports accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain all tools and assembly equipment, reporting any malfunctions promptly. Assist with product final operations including painting, rust prevention, packing, and crating. Work from drawings, parts lists, specifications, and instruction manuals. Utilize basic shop mathematics and a variety of inspection tools and gauges. Participate actively in a collaborative work team environment.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred. Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing environment preferred. strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to interpret technical drawings and instructions. Basic understanding of shop mathematics. Proficiency with inspection tools and gauges. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
