A Brief Overview
This position is crucial for ensuring the safety and reputation of Safelite. As a team member, you will be responsible for leading investigations related to workplace violence, theft, and physical security incidents across our supply chain locations. Your role will involve providing training to associates, implementing physical security programs, and much more.


What you will do:
  • Conduct thorough investigations into workplace violence, theft, fraud, and physical security incidents, collaborating with law enforcement when necessary.
  • Collaborate with different departments to develop proactive strategies to prevent losses.
  • Coordinate shrink reduction programs and support with physical protection needs such as CCTV and access control systems.
  • Create security incident investigation case files, analyze reports to identify loss trends, and recommend strategies to mitigate losses.
  • Provide training on asset protection and workplace violence prevention programs.
  • Perform additional assigned duties and ensure compliance with all policies and standards.

What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience required.
  • Training in interviewing techniques preferred.
  • Knowledge of risk management and service business preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
