Requirements:

Two Work Locations:
Minneapolis, MN 55401 or Denver, CO 80202

Work Setup:
Hybrid work model - Reporting one day a week in either Denver or Minneapolis.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review and manage retroactive pay, focusing on resolving overpayments and missed pay cases.
  • Assess negative retro results, contact employees for authorization on valid cases.
  • Utilize ServiceNow for communication and case management.
  • Collaborate with payroll operations, run reports in Workday, and identify overpaid individuals.

Project Description:

  • Seeking candidates experienced in in-house payroll processing with exposure to payroll calculations and timekeeping.
  • Preferably familiar with Workday and/or UKG systems.
  • Focus on retroactive pay, specifically overpayments, involving validation of negative retro results.

Group Size:
New process starting June 3, requiring 3 processors for overpayments and 2 for missed pay cases.

Required Skills:

  • Must have MS Excel proficiency for data analysis.
  • Preferred experience with Workday, UKG, and ServiceNow.
  • 3-5 years in payroll/timekeeping and exposure to in-house payroll processing.
  • Analytical skills, attention to detail, and baseline Excel skills are crucial.
