  • Responsibilities:
    • Assist passengers with a warm smile and positive attitude during arrival and check-in, particularly those requiring wheelchair assistance.
    • Handle all wheelchair-related tasks such as boarding, baggage service, and resolving passenger complaints.
    • Guide passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine procedures.
    • Collaborate with Ramp Service Agents to ensure wheelchair-bound passengers receive necessary assistance.
    • Operate various equipment and software systems efficiently.
    • Address all customer service issues related to passengers with mobility constraints.
  • Qualifications:
    • Availability to work diverse shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
    • Physical capability to lift, carry, and move heavy items routinely.
    • Physical agility to perform various tasks like walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, and stooping.
    • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
    • Authorization to work in the United States based on the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
    • Completion of ramp and SIDA training for airport security identification.
