Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of wheelchair agents to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to safety protocols and regulations, including OSHA, TSA, and DOT guidelines.
  • Develop and implement effective shift schedules, including workstation assignments, employee training, and vacation management.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures, including disciplinary actions, and promote a culture of professionalism and diversity.
  • Communicate effectively with management and employees to resolve issues and improve operations.
  • Schedule and conduct shift meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment with team goals.
  • Assist with payroll administration and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Perform job duties of assigned shift, including flight planning, weather reports, and dispatch operations.
Requirements
  • Must be a local resident with a valid in-state driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Two+ years of relevant experience in a supervisory role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; four-year degree preferred.
  • Relevant supervisory experience and strong leadership qualities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner and resolve conflicts.
Working Conditions
  • Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to moving vehicles and aircraft, as well as varying weather conditions.
Physical Demands
  • Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, and move items of 70 pounds or more on a regular basis.
  • Must be able to walk, climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop frequently and for extended periods.
