Key Responsibilities:


- Study user behaviors and trends to enhance usability across diverse digital platforms, including websites, landing pages, and applications.

- Collaborate with SEO and digital teams to devise sitemaps and URL structures. - Create wireframes with detailed annotations to clarify objectives and functionalities for art directors and designers. - Ensure alignment with accessibility and usability best practices, working closely with the creative team. Ensure compliance with responsive design standards. - Work in conjunction with project managers and QA testers to ensure accuracy of Jira tickets in reflecting the intended design functionalities. - Collaborate with developers and designers to implement interactive designs, animations, and dynamic content. - Lead brainstorming sessions with cross-functional team members. - Lead the development of large-scale website projects. - Document components and UI elements for digital initiatives. - Identify and implement user experience testing methodologies, such as card sorting exercises and prototype testing. - Analyze performance metrics against key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend adjustments as required. - Lead wireframe discussions and presentations in client meetings to support the account service team. - Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital experiences, proactively identifying growth opportunities for clients. - Function as a subject matter expert (SME) and a primary resource for delivering exceptional digital experiences. - Act as an innovator, trendsetter, attentive listener, and forward-thinking professional who comprehends the interconnectedness of digital solutions and business success. - Proactively mentor, challenge, and empower colleagues across the organization.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Extensive expertise in user-centered design with proficiency in web and mobile information architecture. - Advanced skills in industry-standard tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite. - Familiarity with HTML and CSS. Knowledge of coding and experience with Chrome's dev tools are advantageous. - Experience with content management systems (CMS), including WordPress, and various user testing methodologies. - Proficiency in WCAG Level AA compliance and understanding of SEO's impact on user experience. - Strong analytical capabilities and a drive to inspire exceptional technological design while collaborating on cutting-edge projects in a team environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - A continuous learner committed to ongoing improvement. - Effective communication in non-technical terms with a proactive and positive approach. - Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines efficiently.
