Position Summary:

We are looking for entry-level, full-time sales associates to join our pawn store team nationwide. The role involves supporting both lending and retail services provided by the store.

Our ideal candidate should have a passion for customer service, be comfortable engaging with customers, and thrive in a sales environment dealing with various merchandise items.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop rapport with customers to offer suitable financial solutions
  • Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise display
  • Conduct sales and loan transactions adhering to policies
  • Effectively handle cash and negotiable items
  • Provide information on pawn and buy transactions
  • Collaborate with team for a positive customer experience
  • Complete assigned training
  • Perform other related duties as required

Minimum Requirements:
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
  • Flexible to work in a dynamic retail environment
  • Basic math skills
  • Previous cash handling experience preferred
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Computer literate with POS system experience

Commission Plan:

Employees have the opportunity to earn 2-8% commission based on personal performance and store metrics. Additional details provided during the interview process.
