About the Company and Position:

  • Kenvue, a leading company in the health and wellness industry, is looking for a Manager of Supplier Diversity & Sustainability to join their team.
  • Reporting to the Senior Director of Risk Market Intelligence, this position is based in Skillman, NJ.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage enterprise-wide Supplier Diversity category strategies.
  • Work with Procurement Leaders to identify and introduce diverse suppliers.
  • Develop global Supplier Diversity category strategies using proven analytical methods.
  • Collaborate with category managers to implement sourcing management strategies.
  • Assess capabilities of diverse vendors and create a diverse supply base.
  • Contribute to key decisions on sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management.
  • Develop and enforce supplier diversity policies.
  • Coordinate data collection for sustainability programs and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of work experience.
  • Experience in Supplier Diversity and Sustainability programs within Procurement.
  • Strong understanding of external ESG scores and assessments.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree or PhD is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze and present data effectively.
  • Track record of managing projects and stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with analytical tools like Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
