One of our clients is looking to hire an HR Data Analyst to support their HR Data Analytics activities. Candidates will be required to assist with managing and analyzing data to help make informed business decisions.

They will be required to have experience working with HR data and should be able write and maintain documentation related to HR data analytics processes and procedures.

Candidates will also maintain and update existing HR data catalogs to ensure data is organized and easily accessible.- Conduct data quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of HR data

Required Skills & Experience
-2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst working specifically with HR data

• Proficient with SQL, Excel, data modeling/visualization
• Experience with PowerBI or Tableau
• Ability to write and maintain documentation related to HR data analytics processes and procedure/experience updated HR data catalogs
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
