Come and join our team as a Customer Service Representative, working part-time for approximately up to 15 hours per week. We are proud to define family entertainment by delivering top-notch services at over 15,000 locations nationwide.

  • ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Maintain location appearance
    • Handle opening and closing duties
    • Provide excellent customer service
    • Assist customers with game swipe card sales, equipment functions, and product recommendations
    • Ensure daily cleaning of games
    • Address equipment issues
    • Collaborate with resort management and staff on operational matters

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Prior retail or service-oriented experience preferred
  • Minimum age requirement of 18
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Basic electronics knowledge a plus
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 10 lbs
  • Availability for weekend and holiday shifts
  • Successful completion of background check and drug screening
