Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the arcade facility.
- Manage budgetary constraints and ensure financial objectives are met.
- Lead the recruitment, training, and development of arcade staff.
- Foster a culture of exceptional customer service throughout the arcade.
- Ensure all arcade equipment is maintained and repaired as necessary.
- Uphold the cleanliness and presentation of the arcade environment.
- Handle cash management, including collections and reconciliations.
- Perform regular inspections and assign cleaning duties to staff.
- Adhere to company dress codes and standards.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Availability for weekend and evening shifts is required.
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in retail or service-oriented environments is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Mechanical and electronic repair skills are a must.
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance for gaming machines.
- High School diploma or equivalent is necessary.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is required.
