Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the arcade, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Manage budgetary constraints and operational costs effectively.
  • Lead the recruitment, training, and development of arcade staff, focusing on exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ensure all arcade games are maintained and repaired as necessary, including parts management.
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation within the arcade.
  • Provide outstanding customer service in all aspects of arcade operations.
  • Handle cash management, including collections and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with company dress codes and policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, including weekend and evening shifts.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven mechanical and electronic repair skills.
  • A minimum of five years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in retail or service-oriented environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of electronics and mechanical repairs.
  • Experience in preventative maintenance for gaming machines.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
