Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the arcade, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Manage budgetary constraints and operational costs effectively.
- Lead the recruitment, training, and development of arcade staff, focusing on exceptional customer service skills.
- Ensure all arcade games are maintained and repaired as necessary, including parts management.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation within the arcade.
- Provide outstanding customer service in all aspects of arcade operations.
- Handle cash management, including collections and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with company dress codes and policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, including weekend and evening shifts.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Qualifications:
- Proven mechanical and electronic repair skills.
- A minimum of five years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in retail or service-oriented environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic knowledge of electronics and mechanical repairs.
- Experience in preventative maintenance for gaming machines.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
