About the Role:- Provide sales and support to walk-in customers at our will-call sales counters
- Maintain, stock, and clean the counter sales area
- Assist customers with purchases and provide accurate product information
- Process sales orders and returns
- Communicate changes in customer business to management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service or counter sales experience
- Product knowledge relevant to the Profit Center
Our ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
