- Developing, implementing, managing, and executing effective student behavioral systems with family communication;
- Coaching, modeling, and developing team members through communication and collaboration;
- Evaluating programs to enhance student achievement and social-emotional wellness;
- Collecting and analyzing student data for accountability;
- Building relationships with staff, students, families, and community members;
- Supporting campus culture vision;
- Coaching Grade Level Chairs;
- Other assigned duties.
We're looking for individuals with diverse backgrounds and traits like passion for the mission, drive for results, care for students, agility, and resilience. The role requires:
MUST HAVES:- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution;
- Minimum 3 years as a Teacher of Record or in a student-facing leadership role;
- At least 1 year as a Grade Level Chair or equivalent;
- Experience in coaching or leading adults;
- Belief in the mission of YES Prep Public Schools;
- Openness to feedback;
- Emotional control under stress;
- Fast-paced and results-oriented work ethic;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks;
- Data analysis skills;
- Conflict resolution skills;
- Team collaboration;
- Commitment to professional growth.
