About the Job Title:
Join our team as a Sales Appointment Coordinator at a leading moving company, where you will play a key role in developing client relationships and facilitating appointments with our sales representatives.

Summary

  • Develop relationships with potential clients.
  • Explain the sales process and schedule meetings with Move Pro/Inside Sales Representative.

Position Requirements/Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments.
  • Initiate outgoing calls, texts, and emails promptly to ensure customer engagement.
  • Screen calls and emails to maintain quality standards.
  • Schedule appointments with agents and sales reps.
  • Follow up with unscheduled customers using various communication channels.
  • Collaborate with agents and sales reps to address customer needs.
  • Input lead information for statistical analysis.
  • Goal: Set a minimum of 30 appointments per week consistently.

Skills/Background Needed

  • 1-2 years of sales experience setting appointments over the phone.
  • Proficient in making outbound calls to schedule appointments.
  • Strong MS Office and CRM skills, ideally with Salesforce experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preferably background in transportation, trucking, or moving industry.
  • Experience with iSeries, Salesforce, NVL+ is a plus.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, high School Diploma or GED required.
