Role Responsibilities

Oversight of Field and Production Support Teams

Oversight and support of our on-site Project Managers.

Manage subcontractor relationships to meet cycle times.

Oversee equipment and tools used by the on-site team.

Coordinate with internal teams to develop and execute Standard Operating Procedures, project schedules, and budgets.

Monitor project progress and address deviations in a timely manner.

Ensure client meetings are well done by instilling confidence in us and our build process.

Trade Relationship Management

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with trade partners.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure favorable agreements.

Regularly assess trade partner performance and address any issues.

Identify and oversee rebate opportunities.

Quality Assurance

Implement effective risk management strategies.

Conduct regular site visits and inspections.

Implement corrective action plans to address quality concerns.

Identify opportunities for streamlining processes and improving efficiency.

Develop and implement best practices and standardized procedures.

Continuously evaluate and optimize workflows.

Plan Management

Identify opportunities for efficiencies and improvement of our plan catalog.

Determine and manage future dig selection, planning 12-18 months ahead.

Promote Kelly Construction

Attend and represent the company at Home Builder events, training opportunities, Chamber, and community events.

Assist with Parade of Homes and Home Shows.
