Hawksmoor NYC- is a restaurant whose menu revolves around all-natural beef from family-run farms, many based in upstate New York, Pennsylvania, and New England, simply seasoned with flaked sea salt and seared over live-fire charcoal. Hawksmoor's home in the historic United Charities Building, steps from Gramercy Park, which was closed from public view for over a century, boasts a main dining room with a 26-foot vaulted ceiling, a forty -seat bar, and two private dining spaces.

Reporting to the Executive Chef, we're looking for an experienced Line Cook to join the Hawksmoor team at our first international restaurant in New York.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

To be responsible for your section in the kitchen, including, but not exclusively:
-Food quality and consistency
-Efficiency of services/kitchen
-Product and service standards
-Health & Safety
-Maintenance of kitchen equipment
-Set an example to staff when working on a section.

To be considered for the role you will have:
- Experience working in some of the best kitchens in New York.
- Comfortable and experienced with high volume businesses in terms of both covers and revenue.
- Professionalism and good communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS
Per New York City mandate, effective August 16th , all restaurant workers are required to have an authorized COVID 19 vaccination. You will be asked to confirm this prior to receiving a job.
