Overview:

This role will be part of our brand demand team working with leading agencies and advertisers in the Americas region . Reporting to the Manager, Client Success, this role is responsible for driving customer success and co-owning revenue growth with our sales team. The Client Success Team is expected to have the deepest knowledge of our customers, their needs, and opportunities to grow the business by identifying intersections between their challenges and our solutions. You are the voice of the customer providing a clear customer-first perspective when collaborating with internal teams.

The impact you'll make:

  • Directly responsible for managing and growing strong client relationships. This includes quarterly account retention and growth plans, revenue, and margin management, up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Drive end to end solution management for campaigns (pre-sales media planning, client onboarding, campaign delivery, optimizations, and post-campaign deliverables).
  • Be responsible for advertiser/agency RFPs to ensure clear, consistent, and comprehensive communication of our solutions and capabilities are put forth.
  • Lead campaign analysis and review; provide consultative guidance to clients during weekly, bi-weekly discussions and quarterly business reviews.
  • Co-own account long-term strategy with sales team to reach revenue targets by offering proactive and data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, revenue strategy, TAM, product marketing, ad operations, creative, insights, agency development, demand partner teams) to ensure successful campaign execution and troubleshoot client issues.
  • Work with the technical account management team and Ops team to troubleshoot campaign issues and liase with third party partners like DSPs, DMPs, Measurement vendors etc.
  • Collect marketplace feedback and insights to guide our strategy and offerings.

The experience you'll need:

  • 4+ years overall client success management experience, with at least 3 years in digital and/or programmatic advertising experience.
  • Proven track record of leading revenue management and growth for clients
  • Strong experience in account management/client success roles managing relationships and strategy. Experience working with TTD, DV360, Amazon is a plus.
  • Experience of working with cross-functional teams and building relationships across internal teams
  • Proficiency in analytical tools like Microsoft Excel and Power BI and standard business software, including Salesforce, JIRA, Microsoft PowerPoint is required.
  • Ability to analyse data and identify insights to assess campaign performance and provide recommendations.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients & campaigns daily; strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Must be willing to work with global teams across time zones and plan work accordingly.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

The base salary (fixed) pay range for this role would range from $113,050 to $129,200 (min to max of base salary pay range). This salary range is in applicable for our offices located in California and New York*. In addition, an InMobian may also receive variable pay in the form of quarterly variable bonus / sales incentive, as deemed per policy in addition to fixed compensation.

*Our ranges may vary basis final location / region in accordance to the geographical differentiation in pay scales in the country.

In addition to cash compensation, based on the position, an InMobian can receive equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units. We believe that our employees/personnel should have the ability to own a part of the entity they are a part of. Therefore, the entity employing you may elect to provide such stocks to you. Ownership of stock aids us to treat our employer company as our own and base our decisions on such a company's best interest at heart. To encourage a spirit of shared ownership, we grant InMobians relevant company stock(s). As you contribute to the growth of your company, certain stocks may be issued to you in recognition of your contribution.
