Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Spend 100% of time in the center providing direct patient care, setting an example, and creating an exceptional patient experience.
- Oversee day-to-day implementation of the medical model to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case resolution.
- Monitor key clinical center metrics provided by Clinical Analytics to ensure quality outcomes.
- Supervise clinicians and support staff, adhering to APC supervisory requirements.
- Create a collaborative work environment that emphasizes teamwork, quality, exceptional outcomes, and patient safety.
- Utilize clinical systems efficiently for documentation and patient care orders.
- Ensure compliance with State Practice Act/Rules and Regulations/WC Regulations.
- Enhance patient and client experience metrics.
- Collaborate with center clients and payers, responding promptly to requests.
- Participate in CLT meetings for quality improvement and center growth.
Education & Credentials:
- Board Certification / Eligibility preferred
- Occupational Medicine experience desired
- Licensure as required by the state
- Graduate of accredited MD or DO program
- Unrestricted DEA license
- Eligibility for Medicare participation
