Centerpoint Medical Center is seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring a positive experience for our patients and their families.Responsibilities
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating patient care, collaborating with healthcare teams, and ensuring seamless transitions between departments. Key responsibilities include:- Assisting with admission and discharge processes to optimize patient flow and quality of care.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Providing education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
- Managing staff schedules and labor to ensure adequate coverage and productivity.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:- A registered nurse license and a degree in nursing.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
