  • Manage and develop Financial Representatives through comprehensive onboarding programs and sales training.
  • Train, coach, and assist Financial Representatives in creating and implementing Business Plans to drive profitable sales results.
  • Provide strategic direction to the Agency and set production goals for Financial Representatives.
  • Collaborate with the management team to recruit top talent and build a successful staff.
  • Work with Financial Representatives to schedule appointments, network, and prospect with clients and community groups.
  • Promote incentive programs and sales campaigns to motivate and achieve production results.
  • Ensure ethical behavior and adherence to professional standards at all times.
  • Provide regular updates on sales production, recruitment, and activities to the Agency Manager.
  • Develop strong relationships with key individuals and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Possess experience as a sales and marketing professional in the financial services industry with solid business acumen.
  • Experience in selling, coaching, and providing solutions to sales scenarios. (7+ years of relevant experience preferred).

Educational Requirements:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Computer Skills and Knowledge of Hardware & Software Required:

  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, internet, and email.

Certifications & Licenses:

  • Hold State Life and Health license prior to hire.
  • Hold FINRA SIE, Series 6, and Series 63 or equivalent certifications prior to hire.

Position Demands:

  • Access to an automobile and a valid driver's license.
