The Opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is looking for friendly, outgoing, and customer-service focused full-time and part-time Front Desk Clerks to join our team for PM shift at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas.

Shift available: 3pm-11pm

Pay

Greet and register guests via a centralized registration system
Coordinate with housekeeping department as needed
Cash handling and accountability; maintain accurate paperwork as it relates to front office operations
Check and balance the daily figures, post room and tax charges on guest accounts
Qualifications Good interpersonal communication skills in person and by phone
Must be able to multitask, function in a professional manner under pressure from guests and supervisors
No experience or diploma required
