Many of our senior managers started in this position, and there's a good reason for that. In this role, you will learn the ins and outs of sales operations, client relations, and internal strategy right from the ground up. This initial training will give you a comprehensive understanding of how crucial your role is in the success of the marketing team.

As a Management Consultant, you'll be wearing multiple hats as you dive into sales & marketing, customer service, and overall operations and finance. But don't worry, we provide thorough training and guidance every step of the way. As you grow in the role, we'll assess your skills in various areas to help you find your niche and pair you with the right mentors.

Entry Level Management Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Contacting and engaging consumers from lead lists provided by clients, with opportunities to expand into developing new business and maintaining existing relationships
  • Providing exceptional customer service consistently
  • Learning effective communication, sales management strategies, problem-solving, conflict management, and operations/finance through the training program
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends, technology, and industry knowledge
  • Becoming a sales expert, progressing into training and mentoring others using the successful techniques you've mastered

What We Are Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields
  • Previous experience in relevant industries such as marketing, sales, or customer service
  • Alternatively, experience in professional or college athletics and active military service will also be considered
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Prior experience in management or leadership roles would be a plus
