In this position, you will engage in a range of procurement activities and administrative tasks under the guidance of the Purchasing Material Specialist.
This is a full-time role that offers a comprehensive benefits package.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, first shift.
Compensation: $18 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong clerical abilities
- Basic computer proficiency
- Exceptional data entry skills
- Familiarity with MRP systems is highly advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicating with various suppliers via phone and email
- Managing daily purchasing requisitions
- Requesting and evaluating quotes
- Coordinating and overseeing schedules with suppliers
