We are looking for a Fitness Assistant to join our team at YMCA. As a Fitness Assistant, your main goal is to provide a safe, clean, and friendly environment for our members and clients. You'll need to be self-motivated, knowledgeable, and sociable to assist our members effectively.

What will you do?

  • Assist with preventative maintenance
  • Attend all regular trainings and meetings
  • Clean and maintain the fitness area
  • Provide assistance to members
  • Greet all members as they enter the floor

  • Responsible for setting up and maintaining the facility including weights, racks, machines, and fitness accessories
