Job Description:

We are on the lookout for a proactive and strategic HR Manager to oversee all human resources operations in alignment with our business objectives. The perfect candidate will have a strong background in HR management and excel in handling employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Administration: Manage HR administrative tasks such as payroll, benefits administration, and record-keeping. Enhance HR processes and systems for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment. Implement initiatives to boost employee satisfaction and offer guidance to managers on employee relations and performance management.
  • Performance Management: Design and manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance. Develop training programs to support employee growth and career advancement.
  • Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure HR policies comply with legal standards and best practices. Stay updated on laws and regulations while developing policies that align with the company's goals and culture.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Aid in the recruitment process, from posting job openings to conducting interviews. Conduct new employee orientation for a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Culture and Employee Engagement: Support activities to improve company culture and employee engagement. Plan team-building events and recognition programs.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or technology company.
  • Thorough understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication and team management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling confidential information.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive individual willing to take ownership and deliver results.
