Position: Senior Living Coordinator

Position Type: Full Time

Location: St. Charles, Missouri

Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday, alternating weekends



  • Empathetic Empathizer: Create human connection with potential residents and family members during a potentially stressful and emotional time.
  • Communicator of Knowledge: Ensure accurate and thorough information is provided to leads regarding senior living.
  • Lead Base Liaison: Cultivate leads through phone calls, tours, and home visits.
  • Hospitable Host: Ensure exceptional lead experiences during community events.


Requirements:

  • Minimum age of eighteen (18) years.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in English communication.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and love for residents.
  • Professional appearance and conduct.
  • Ability to follow directions and solve problems.
  • Criminal clearance and good health.
